Together with experienced colleagues you will work on complex machines and face fascinating technical challenges. You learn a lot from that, so development almost comes naturally.

Your position as Junior Operator

As a Junior Operator you learn to operate, check and maintain machines, installations and equipment. This means you have an important position in a large factory. Together with colleagues, you ensure that machines continue to run, (production) processes run smoothly and products meet high quality standards. Is there ever a problem? Solve it together!

Other common tasks include:

• Perform measurements and/or take samples
• Adjusting parameters
• Monitor quality and safety
• Thinking about possible process improvements

This is you:

You love technology. Everything starts with that. In addition, you think it would be fun to work in a shift system. That pays well and it gives you the opportunity to do some odd jobs at home during the day. You enjoy working in a team and enjoy technical challenges. In terms of diploma and/or work experience you have:

• MBO diploma in Process Engineering/Mechanical Engineering level 3 or 4
