Your position as Production Leader
The position of Production Leader may entail a combination of responsibilities, possibly focused on one specific area of interest. In a challenging and dynamic production environment you supervise production and business processes. Does everything comply with the applicable safety standards? Are the products of high quality? Are there still opportunities for improvement in the efficiency of processes? You find the answers.
This is you
You are a born production manager; an all-rounder or one who focuses on, for example, technical process improvements. You only want to go in one direction: forward. Preferably together, with a team. Thanks to your analytical skills, your communication skills and your experience in project management, you are perfectly suited for this job. In terms of education and work experience you have:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or comparable experience
- Several years of relevant work experience
- Good command of NL and ENG
- Advantage: project management experience
