Your position as Project Manager

As a Project Manager you are the center of projects. You coordinate them from drawing up the project objectives to the delivery of the solutions. There are a lot of steps in between. You have a long and diverse to-do list. A selection from that:

• Drawing up project plan and planning
• Identify risks and address them with measures
• Supplier and contract management
• Assigning tasks and responsibilities
• Coordinating a multidisciplinary project team
• Monitoring the budget
• Ensuring quality and safety
