You like technical challenges. The more complex the machine and the more complicated the installation, the better you like it! Give you responsibility for a crucial process in a large factory. You can handle it.
Your position as Operator
As a Senior Operator you know how important your position is in a factory. Together with colleagues, you are responsible for operating, checking and maintaining complex machines, installations and equipment. You ensure that (production) processes run smoothly and products meet high quality standards. Is there ever a problem? As a Senior Operator you take the lead in solving the problem quickly.
Other common tasks include:
- Perform measurements and/or take samples
- Adjusting parameters
- Monitor quality and safety
- Thinking about possible process improvements
- Helping less experienced colleagues move forward
This is you:
You love technology and enjoy working in a shift system. That pays well and it gives you the opportunity to do some odd jobs at home during the day. You enjoy working in a team and teaching less experienced colleagues. But above all, you like technical challenges. In terms of diploma and/or work experience you have:
- MBO or HBO diploma in Process Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
