Location: Goes region, Vlissingen, Terneuzen Hours: 32 - 40 hours Education: MBO / HBO
Experience: novice or experienced
You can see it all in front of you, every nut, bolt and pipe of a project. Not because you have such a great imagination, but because you are an expert in 3D drawing. Thanks to you, it becomes clear whether plans are feasible and how failure costs can be prevented. And that is worth gold in today's industry, construction, electrical and installation sector!
Your position as a BIM modeler / Technical draftsman
As a BIM modeler / Technical draftsman, you will work on technical designs and developing 3D drawings. These drawings are so detailed, precise and realistic that nothing is left to chance. The way you drew it, it can be done, no doubt about it.
You know this for sure because:
- You are technically well versed
- You know all the relevant regulations inside out
- You have a lot of experience with design programs
- You work closely with involved engineers and project leaders
This is you
You like a challenge and are a real Pietje Precise. You build complete buildings or installations on your own. Not with a hammer and a wrench, but with a keyboard and a mouse. Do you encounter challenges in the design? Tasty! This is where you can really use your technical talent.
In terms of education and work experience, you have:
- Minimum MBO-4 education in relevant technical direction
- Preferably several years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of technical design programs such as Autocad or Revit
