EH&S Technician / Specialist
Location: Goes region, Vlissingen, Terneuzen
Hours: 32 - 40 hours Education: HBO / WO Experience: novice or experienced

Your position as EH&S Technician / Specialist

In the field of EH&S you usually work in complex environments with increased risks of health and environmental damage. As an EH&S Specialist you analyze the hazards and design measures for them on a technical and/or process level and coordinate their realization. As an EH&S Technician you assist the specialist and implement safety measures in practice.

Depending on your position and workplace, your tasks may include:

• Coordinating and controlling contractors (specialist)
• EH& S culture in the company (specialist)
• Carrying out inspections, audits and incident analyzes ( technician )
• Initiate and coordinate emergency exercises ( technician )
• training (both)
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams (both)

Your risk senses are always open and you understand the interests involved with these risks. Thanks to your good communication skills and team spirit, you enjoy working with colleagues on improvement processes.

In terms of education and experience, it is useful if you:

• a diploma in (Higher) Safety Science
• have a number of years of related work experience
• fluent in Dutch and English
